What the verifier actually checks
No mysticism. The pre-publish gate is a pure function that either passes or quarantines. Here is exactly what it enforces:
Exact market grounding
Every market claim in a briefing must match a live-ingested market by exact slug and question. Claims with no match are discarded — never reassigned to a merely similar market, never given invented odds.
No fabricated milestones
A deterministic scan rejects any invented product, regulatory, or funding milestone attributed to a named entity. If it was not in the source material, it does not ship.
Data freshness
Market data older than 6 hours fails verification. A stale briefing is quarantined, not published with a footnote.
Quarantine over publication
Any critical failure means the issue is archived as a draft and never distributed. A missing briefing is always preferable to an ungrounded one.
